Attack fraud by combination to facilitate anti-fraud work on a regular basis
Management is tough love. Compliance, dedication to work, integrity, and self-discipline may sound simple, but they all require consistent efforts.
Measure One: establish an education system to connect employees in thinking.
Based on the existing talent cultivation system, the Company has a customized anti-fraud education system for new employees, trainers, reserve talents, and employees of key fields. Through systemic training, the Company aims to hammer integrity and self-discipline thoughts into employees to enhance their self-cultivation.
One colleague at the anti-fraud training said, ¡°the company has set different anti-fraud training classes for staff of different systems at different stages. Such original interactive training, different from traditional training, has facilitated my learning process and made me more conscious of anti-fraud work.¡±
Measure Two: create a learning environment to expand the defense line with knowledge.
The Company launched an anti-fraud savvy learning week activity themed ¡°The Bell of Integrity and Self-discipline Rings Long and a Clean Environment Facilitates Business¡±. During the activity, key information on relevant rules and regulations on anti-fraud has been collected and sent to all employees via the Internet. Different kinds of questionnaires were given to front-line workers and managers and high-level managers, totaling 56 thousand, to find loopholes in anti-fraud work.
The human resource executive manager at the factory said, ¡°anti-fraud savvy learning week activity provides us with an opportunity to learn more about every aspect of anti-fraud work, arousing enthusiasm for learning anti-fraud information across the factory. This gives our integrity education work a much-needed shot in the arm.¡±
Measure Three: augment verification mechanism to offer guidance for employees through multiple channels.
In light of the features of different business departments and systems, we have put in place a diversified verification mechanism, offering verification services of multiple forms, including an anti-fraud test for new employees, dedicated verification of essential anti-fraud information for all employees, quarterly additional verification for all employees and so on. In addition, we use online tests, phone interviews, and other means to check employees¡¯ learning. One trainer said, ¡°diversified verification can not only reinforce trainees¡¯ learning and make them more conscious of anti-fraud work but also help to achieve unity in thinking and action.¡±
Measure Four: refine reporting procedures to tauten the warning line.
All business departments are required to conduct an internal inspection and adopt more measures against repetitive fraud problems, dig into the root cause of fraud, and improve relevant procedures and systems. Meanwhile, cooperation between the business department and auditing department should be stepped up to allow for prompt actions against fraud in areas prone to the problem. All employees should get involved in anti-fraud work and we must maintain zero tolerance towards fraud and take timely actions against it.
